alka2017
Hi Murthy firm attorneys, I have a family based F2B petition approved (priority date of Nov 2010 - Born in India) and i am in US since last 10+ years without documents. When my parents filed for my petition, they showed I'm in US only. As per latest visa bulletin (April 2017), looks like my priority date should become current in a 2 to 3 months. I am looking for experienced attorney (with case like mine) for my case with preference of adjusting status in US only rather than consular processing. I'm somewhat familiar with murthy dot com but seeing lot more employment based immigration related discussion rather than family based. So, just want an opinion of murthy firm's attorney. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

JoeF
Overstays are only forgiven for immediate relatives of US citizens (spouse or parents of a US citizen.) Link to comment
