H4eadnew Posted March 10, 2017 Report Share Posted March 10, 2017 My spouse working for X company, has his I140 approved for last one year, he didn’t apply for my EAD. His X's company visa getting expired in September 2017. Now my spouse has changed his company to company Y last month and got three years of extension for his H1B and also I have got my H4 for three years. (Company Y not processing his GC for one year atleast) Spouse’s I140 (with company X) will not be revoked so can we apply for EAD now? Link to comment
