SameerH1Bworker Posted March 10, 2017 Report Share Posted March 10, 2017 Hi all - My wife was on H1b when she entered the US last time. However, last year we changed her status from H1 to H4. Now its time for the H4 extension file and I've query for the form I-539 Question 19 - "Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?" What should I say for this question as she was employed since last admitted but later file change of status(from H1 to H4). Any help would be much appreciated. Link to comment
