murushn
Hi, Kindly clarify if H1 extension is possible based on the below scenario: Employer A: After 6 years of stay in H1B, A applied and approved I-140 and worked for 4 more years. Switch employer B using previous I-140 and receive 3 years extension. Didn’t start GC process with B. By the end of B's H1 transfer (3 years) and without starting GC process, can I apply consequent H1b extension(s) with B using old A's I-140 as its not revoked? Thanks, Subbu. Link to comment
rational
I am in similar situation. My employer said they can extend second time with the approved I-140 from previous employer but most sources indicate No I am still looking to confirm Link to comment
pontevecchio
Yes, You can. Only dubious sources would say NO. Link to comment
