Need advice on timing of citizenship application

Hi,

We got greencard in August 2008, and stayed in US till August 2009.  For work and personal reasons, we travelled to India from Sept 2009 - March 2013.  We got re-entry permit before we left the country, and came back in June 2011 and got another re-entry permit.

We have been in US since March 2013, except intermittent trips (less than 2-3 weeks). Our 4 year 1 day gets completed on March 26th.

Are we eligible to apply for citizenship by end of this month?

Make sure it is more than 4 years and one day and give it a few extra days and then apply. Why the question when you seem to qualify?
