BRGC04EB3
Me (dependent) and my wife (primary) are called in for a "i485 interview" in March. We are asked to bring in following items: - son's birth certificate who is a citizen - tax returns for 4 yrs - employment verification for both Primary and Dependent applicant - College degrees diploma for Dependent applicant - medical forms i693, initial ones expired 1. I could not understand why USCIS would ask for a dependents employment verification and college degrees when it is not relevant ? the dependent was earlier on H1 and now on EAD. 2. Also could not understand why ask for child birth-certificate ? Can you please advice ? Link to comment
pontevecchio
Why are you getting in a tizzy about the matter. It is a formality and you may just be dealt with at a counter. Take whatever you have been asked to bring. Link to comment
