Finger prints on Feb 21st @ 9:00 am and interview appointment on Feb 22nd @ 8:00 am. Interview- Me: Good morning officer VO: Good morning , I need your passport and DS-160 confirmation page. Me: Sure. VO:- Are you still with same XYZ company? Me: Yes VO: What do you do? Me: Software Engineer. VO: Did your company filed GC? Me: Yes VO: Is I-140 approved ? Do you have copy with you? Me: Yes, I-140 is approved. I have the copy with me. VO: What's your annual income? Me: XXX $ per year. VO: Can I see your approved petition Me: Sure, here is my latest I-797 VO is typing something on his system. VO: Ok. He gave yellow slip and said " Can you come at 1:00 pm to collect your passport . Hopefully your visa should be ready for pickup at 1:00." Me: Thank you .Have a good day. It was less than 3 mins. No documents are asked, except I-797. I collected my passport @1:00. Port Of Entry Questions- POE : Are you Engineer ? Me: Yes, software Engineer. POE: Did you study at USA ? When and What did you study? Can see your degree ? Me: Yes, Master in Computer Science. Year 2008 , MS certificate provided. POE: Can i see your I-797 & employer letter. Me: Provided POE:Pay $ 6 for I-94. I paid $6 in cash and POE officer gave new I-94. I entered into States.
