Priya0331 Posted February 15, 2017 Report Share Posted February 15, 2017 I lost my husband and have a 204(L) letter written to USCIS . I have a FedEx tracking number that USCIS received the letter. I have not got any communication back from them . So, I am assuming that they have received and accepted it. My husband was the primary applicant and our I-485 was pending . We were working on our respective green card EAD's and I have a valid Advance Parole to travel outside the US. I am planning to travel to India for the first time after his demise . What all documents do I need to carry with me for my safe return. Please advise and suggest. Link to comment
