EB2 I-140 RFE (3 YEARS OF DIPLOMA + 3 YEAR OF DEGREE)

Hi,

Below is my qualification:

I have completed 3 years of Diploma in Computer Technology from MSBTE approved by AICTE

I have then completed B.E. in computer Engg from University of Pune. This degree is equivalent to 4 year Bachelor's degree in U.S.

(I got admission to second year thus completed in 3 years).

I have 10 years of IT experience.

My labor went smooth. While posting add they have mentioned my diploma and degree in their wording.

I have received RFE on it asking for proving it is equivalent to 4 year degree in U.S.  My attorney has already replied to it but i want to be prepared for all kind of results. 

 

I need your opinion on this and your suggestion on actions to be taken. 

If anyone has faced situation like this, your help will be much appreciated.

                 Did you get the approval for your I140?.. What are the documents you submitted for the RFE.
