H1+H4+EAD renewal - help on I539 and I765 questions

I am filing H4 extension ( I-539) and H4 EAD renewal along with my husband's H1B renewal in premium processing. I am looking for clarity on below questions on what to answer. My H4 and H4 EAD are expiring in May 2017 which is same as my husband's H1B expire date.

Part 3 -> Question 3.a - Is this application  based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child, or parent an extension or change of status?

Answer - My guess is => Yes, Filed with this I-539 [ Need confirmation whether this answer is correct]

H4 EAD (I-765) Form 

 Question 8 - Please provide the receipt number of your H-1B principal spouse's most recent I-797 Notice of approval for form I-129

Since I am filing H4 EAD concurrently with my husband's H1B, I would not have new i-797 notice of approval. Is it okay provide current I-797 for I-129 which is good till 5/17?Need your suggestion/advise.
