anitasikarwar Posted February 3, 2017 Report Share Posted February 3, 2017 Hi Murthy's team, i have to go for visa stamping as my current h1b stamp is expiring soon in april 2017. so i am planning to get it done from Mexico(Tijuana) on 10/13 feb as its just 50 miles away from me. I have approved extension notice till apr 2020 and also have approved I-140 with priority date aug 2015. I am direct employee of US company. Do you guys see any issue with this? please give me your advise Thanks Link to comment
