Can F1 spouce be added on a I485?

Hi All,

My GC EB2 PD is on Jan 08, My wife is working on an OPT and she is currently on her F1 Visa (completed her MS degree), wondering whether its possible for me to add her on my GC I485 while she is on F1 visa? or do I need to change her visa status from F1 to H4 (to be on a safe side)? I been hearing different views from different people and right now I'm totally confused and don't know what to do. Please let me know how this process works, any help would be really appreciated.
