f9dude
Hello Friends, Need your help on few questions. 1. Came US Dec 2010 on L1, then Oct 2013 Transferred to H1B, completed 6 Years in US on Dec 2016 ( have 70 Days still to adjust), but I94 expired and now VISA got denied for applying for 7 years extension with i140 APPROVED. RFE Reason: Submit valid client contract. ( My client and employers are very well repute and big in market). RFE Response: We sent valid client contract and all required documents. After a week, got Denied saying Client letter is vague. my Client have thousands of consultants and provide same client letter and previously got 2 extension approval with same letter but now got denied. Here are questions: 1. My i94 Expired, so we will be leaving country next week ? Any other option ? 2. What should be the next steps ? my Company is applying for new H1b in Cap-exempt quota with consular notification. This is good option right now or I should change the company and apply with new employer ? 3. My previous denial will impact my new extension if yes, how ? 4. What need to be done in my case ? does Approved i140 will help me ? Thanks, F9DUDE Link to comment
