SGAU Posted December 7, 2016 Report Share Posted December 7, 2016 Hi, I am on F1-OPT and working on EAD. My OPT is going to expire in June 2017. My Spouse is on J1 and have received "No Objection Certificate". Can I apply for change of status to J2 and EAD in parallel? If yes, any idea how much time does it take and when should I apply?
