I-140 Amendment

is there anything called I-140 Amendment ? 

I work for a on a full time basis and have I-140 approved, HR told me they filed my labor,perm as worksite location specific which is based out of texas 

I  plan to move from Texas to Florida work location, however they are saying, they have to start the perm and 140 process again from scratch and will not do it as they have to go through whole process. 

is that true, is there anything that can be done regarding my I-140

Can we get Perm documentation online anywhere if I have A-XXXX-XXXX number ?

She is right LC for GC is location specific , they have to re file  LC when you change office location . No need to re apply I140.
