The 10 questions are part of the interview. They are not really all that hard, if you have read a bit about how the US government works and have looked at the US Constitution.

At the interview, they go through your application, making sure everything is correct, they check the dates you were out of the country from your list on the application and the passport stamps, then they ask you to write an English sentence and ask the 10 questions.

That's pretty much it.

Once the interview is done, they schedule the oath. You get another letter for it. In some jurisdictions, the oath is done right after the interview, in others it can take a few months (for me, in Los Angeles, it took 2 1/2 months or so.)
