Extension based on previous Labor

Recommended Posts

My previous employer-A filed Labor during Feb 2012 and got the approval in May 2012. Got my I-140 approved in August 2012. I transferred my H1B to current employer-B. My current employer-B still working on the PERM initiation and did not file the Labor, my H1B expires August 2018. My previous employer-A revoked I-140 when I left the company. Can I file extension based on Labor filed by previous employer-A or I should get Labor filed with current employer-B prior to one year of expiry to apply for extension. Please advise.
