vmsoothanan Posted July 7, 2011 Report Share Posted July 7, 2011 We are planning a 3 Week trip to India on August 3 rd week. I am thinking of applying EAD renewal before leaving to India. Will there be any problem if EAD gets approved while i am in India? I am aware that based on the current processing time, it at least takes 2 1/2 to 3 months for approval? Just wanted to be sure will there be any problem if it gets approved while i am not in USA? Link to comment
