No MS in USA-- Extension of H1b Stamping -- Canada,Vancouver

If I don't have MS from USA, can I go to Vancouver, Canada for H1b extension stamping?

As far as I know having a US Masters is in no way related to goin to Canada/Mexico for stamping. I have a few friends who did the same

I am sure you can go to Canada for stamping without a US degree but generaly not advisable. The issue is they won't be able to verify your education immediately and it might take time in which case you will be stuck. Bt this is only when they want to verify.

I know people(close friends) who have gone to Canada with no degree in the US and have got stamped without issues recently.

i think its absurd to say that they will do your education background checking in canada, it doesnt matter whether you have US degree or not, as long as you client letter and other documents, you are good to go to Canada.
