sakethwins
Hello, I am in a situation where my I-140 was approved 2 years ago and my 6th year of H-1B which ends in October 2017. I have an offer from employer 'B' if I move to employer 'B' I get 3 years extension. If my employer 'A' withdraws I-140 when I am with employer'B', is it still possible to move to employer 'A' or another employer 'C' using my withdrawn i-140 , at that point do I get 3 years extension ? Thanks in Advance.. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Usually I-140's are not revoked except possibly by certain employers in NJ?. Once you get a 3 year extension that stands even if the I-140 is revoked the next day or month. Further extensions are not possible. The 3 years can be spread out over multiple employers.
