harsha_as Posted September 21, 2016 Report Share Posted September 21, 2016 Hello Experts, My H1B is expired on Sep 5th 2016 and my Extension is under process ( I have used my H1B for 3 years till now) from company A. Mean while if i get a job in company B, will I be able to quit the current company A and apply for H1B transfer to company B. Or will I not be able to quit the current company until the Extension is approved since my VISA and I94 is expired on Sep 5th. Link to comment
