I-140 denied and 6 Yrs complete

Hi,

My I-140 is denied and i will be completing 7 Yrs of stay in US by Jan 2017 on H1B. I got 1 yr H1B extension as my labour was filed before the 6th year.
Now i have got exactly 4 months stay in US with my current H1B.

I am yet to receive the reason for denial of my I-140 case.

Could you tell me what options I have to continue my stay in US?

As he got this labour filled before his 6th year, cant he get one year extension as he can work on the I-140 rejection?

No other options for this candidate just because his I-140 got rejected?

With the I-140 denial, he can't extend the H1 anymore.
