Kanboy Posted September 8, 2016 Report Share Posted September 8, 2016 Got RFE for birthcert name is not matching with Passport. name in birth cert was like ravikanth but it should be like ravi kanth per passport. we have corrected it in the birth cert. is that mandatory to provide uscis like how we get the name ravi kanth in passport. Planning to send response with corrected birth cert, affidavits by 2 uncles. is that ok. please help? Link to comment
