Need help on submitting the documents for 221g

Hi,

My H1B petition got selected in the lottery in April 2015 and approved on August 2015. I was in US on L1B when I applied for H1B. I left India on June 2015 and due to personal reasons, I was not able to go for stamping on 2015. I went for stamping on June 2016 to Chennai US Consulate for visa stamping and got 221g stating that they have to administrative processing. After 2 months, I heard back from Chennai US consulate to submit the client letter. Client is getting changed now and new LCA is applied by the employer since change in client. I have few questions in submitting the documents.

1. Should I submit only the new client letter or should i submit both client letter and LCA?

2. I was not given with any timeline to submit the documents. Can I submit in 4 weeks?

3. Also after submitting the documents, should i be called to submit the passport or should i need to attend one another interview?
