RFE during I-140-- Need advise urgently

Hi Experts,

 

Need you advise urgently.. 

 

Received RFE for I-140 filing in EB2 catgeory.

 

Need to know :

 

1. What can be reason i received the RFE ?
2. What all documents he might need to clear my case ?
3. Will documents needed will be required related to my background or company's background ?

Please suggest your valuable inputs ...

Seriously, why do you think random people on a forum would know what an RFE is about???

Wait for it and check what it asks for.

Provide the documents it asks for.

The reason USCIS issued the RFE is because they have one or more questions. Your employer / lawyer is not going to know what exactly is USCIS's question until they get the RFE.
