EAD and GC questions

Hi,

My priority date is Sep 2009, i have received EAD and my wife also got EAD through me and she is working using her EAD. Now if i change my current job, please let me know following info:

1.My New company files for GC, will my priority date remains sep 2009 or will it change to the date when my new company files it?

2.What will happen to my wife's EAD, when i change my job will her current EAD becomes void until my new GC application is filed with the new employer.

1. Usually yes. Nowadays one should discuss the matter with an Immigration Lawyer.

 

2. The EAD will remain valid as long as the underlying AOS is still valid.
