EAD for H4 dependent

I need to check if there is any minimum time limit for applying EAD for H4 dependents once I got I-140 approved? I came to USA in 2013 and will apply for I140 in PP soon.

Thanks for the update. That means i can apply for my wife EAD based on H4 as soon as i get my I-140 approved. right?
