Changing job position with same employer while H4 EAD is processing

Currently my i140 has been submitted for approval. It is under premium processing.

Once I get my approval I plan on filing for my wife's H4 EAD.

I have been offered a job within the same company but the role might be more than 50% different.

If my i140 is approved, and I file for her H4 EAD, can I switch before the approval or will it affect her H4 EAD application?
