Shivakrishnas
Hi, My actual surname is SIDDAMSHETTY , but in my education and all work related documents it is printed as SIDDAMSHETH ( 'H' instead 'TY' at the last ). It was my mistake to correct when it was wrongly entered first time in my 10th std. My H1B picked in lottery this year and now I want to apply Passport for my kid . I don't want to continue this spell mistake in his surname in any of his documents. ( In his Birth certificate his surname printed as SIDDAMSHETTY ) Will I get any problem while applying for Visa if my kid surname and my surname differ in last few characters? Also any problems at immigration check? Details will be like as below. My Passport : Name : SHIVAKRISHNA SIDDAMSHETH S/O: ASHOK SIDDAMSHETH Kid Passport : Name : RISHI NANDAN SIDDAMSHETTY S/O : SHIVAKRISHNA SIDDAMSHETH Waiting for your suggestions. Thanks, Regards, Shiva 9701559977 Link to comment
pontevecchio
Please tell me you have not given actual phone numbers and names? They will go by his birth certificate. Link to comment
