ramh4tof1 Posted July 28, 2016 Report Share Posted July 28, 2016 I have applied for H1B ext (November)+ change of status (F1 to H4) from August 05 + H4EAD in premium. All of them approved and i received approval notices yesterday. Although we requested for Change of status to H4 on August-06-2016, USCIS approved starting from NOV(my H1 ext date). My wife is currently working on OPT and her OPT expires on AUG 5th. Will USCIS correct this date? How must we proceed with this? Please suggest. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
