PIO to OCI - SFO - Minor

I'm applying OCI for my minor son who has a PIO now. I have these questions when trying to fill the application forms.

CKGS Disclaimer form - Who needs to sign for minors?

Joint Statement by parents - No need to send as we are Indian PP holders?

Affidavit in lieu of Originals - Only PassPort and PIO to be mentioned?

Additional particulars form - who signs for minors?
