H4 EAD : Start date correction

Hi,

 

I applied for a COS from F1 to H4 and also H4 EAD along with my spouse H1 extn. I did it in PP. I received the approval within 2 weeks, but the start date of my H4 & H4 EAD are after 4 months as aligned with my spouse's H1 extn. I had mentioned in my forms that I need H4 from June onwards.

I followed up with USCIS but nothing has been done till now. I am not sure what shall I do now to get the date corrected.

I have a job offer in hand but can't start because of the incorrect date on EAD.

Please please advice.

Hi pagar. I'm in same situation. Please let me know what did you do for fixing the issue. I have a job now and will have a cap gap if this doesn't get fixed.
