H4 RFE asking Evidence of Foreign Residency

I received an RFE on my H4 extension application

USCIS is asking for Evidence of Foreign Residency and Evidence of H1B maintaining status. I do not have a foreign residence neither does my husband. Also it is not a requirement for H4 extension. What should I do since they asked for it ? Is the letter pretty generic and they did not mean everything from the letter needs to be submitted and I can ignore it ?

Send them proof of the H1 status maintenance and if that does not suffice, get a lawyer involved. You may also choose to visit home and return with the H4 visa . The residency requirement proof was in error.
