permaudit
A student was diagnosed with Kidney Failure and is undergoing dialysis for the past 4 days. The Hospital says that there is a 3 year wait time for a donor to be available at the moment. Student has till the end of the year to complete his masters program. His parents don't have a visa at the moment. Is there any way to request for expedite a Visa(B1/B2) Interview for the parents in order to visit and take care of him till he completes his masters program? Link to comment
cap-gap
all consulates allow emergency visa appoints for situations like this..email the relevant embassy and they will guide you for the emergency appointment.. may not be a good idea to say that the purpose is to "take care" of the patient..it would be to be with the patient..
