  3. I have my AP renewal application submitted 6 months back and still i have not received the renewal. I inquired with USCIS and I was told "Your case is in line for review by the case officer" 1. Is this really taking that long to get the an AP renewed currently ? 2. Any thoughts on when can I expect to get the renewal processed ?
  4. Thanks a lot for your feedback & also do you recommend being ready to answer for any specific questions related to why you entered here(SFO) vs. NJ.
  5. Hi, I am a California resident. My parents recently got thier Green Card. Thier GC(immigration petation) was sponsored by my father's sister who stays in New Jersy(NJ). While entering USA for the 1st time on Green Card, the port of entry has to be NJ or they can directly enter from CA ? What are the consequenecs & what questions should they be ready to answer, if we decide to have CA (San Fransisco) as the port of entry ? Thanks for your advice.
