Employer B filed CAP Counted H1 in 2012 , Petition approved, Visa Approved . Travelled to USA 06/2012 and worked for 13 months and went back to India in 2013 August. With recapturing the missing time on my Employer B's H1, my max out is 02/2020. Now the question is Can Employer B use Employer A's petition to get additional year as I was out of USA for momre than a year as below, for 534 days After my 2nd Trip ? Did you do a L1 to H1 change of status or you remained In L1 status after your H1 approval ? Anyways, since you remained out of USA for more than a year your max out clock gets reset and if you had requested L1 to H1 as change of status then you will have remaining time if not it is complete six years.

HI Visa , When did you receive the details of the RFE ? even my petition is from one of the indnian Big 5 . i was given RFE on FEB 1st . not sure what the details of the RFE is . did your lawyer get a email on the details of the RFE ?

Hi boomjosh2007 , What is the status it shows for you ? my request for premium is received by USCIS on 24th Jan and is updated in the case status that "Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on January 24, 2012. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete." still it is showing the same as on 01/31/2012 .

Looking at the cases ...i guess only extension and transfer cases are getting completed in time and still their big foot is not off from the new application's tail .
