We have dependent care FSA from work and it was originally planned on using for day care for our child. But we have a neighbor who is on H4 EAD and is ready to baby sit our child. Can we pay our neighbor to baby sit using our Dependent care FSA? Neighbor is okay to file this income for tax returns next year if that's a feasible option Thanks,
