I'm also on the same boat, My mom biometrics was scheduled on Jan 7th, But due to personal reasons, we missed to attend the appt. When we called the USCIS on the 1800 number, they mentioned, they are unable to reschedule because the date is past. They said to wait for 60 days or earlier until USCIS office responds. I have also submitted a request through my online account. Fingers crossed. I even tried to walk-in to the ASC center, but they didn't allow. what are my choices now?
