My wife's H4 (I797A) has expired on 5/5/2021 but her I94 is valid until 4/17/2022. However, my H1 I797 is valid until 4/17/2022. We missed to file an extension for her (just realized her H4 expired). 1. Is it required to file an extension for her? 2. Since she crossed the 180 days, can she still stay in the US since her I94 is still valid? 3. Since I am due for and extension, can I apply for her extension as well?
