Hi, I have an I-140 approved with previous company (Company A). I had a new job offer as a Project Manager and I took a H1B transfer and moved to Company B. I am working with Company B for two years. The current H1B expires in October 2022. Previous company's I-140 is revoked. Priority date has become current (March 2013 for EB3 as a biomedical engineer). Company B is willing to start GC process. Now I have an offer from Company C. The job role is that of a Manager (which has direct reports) and they are willing to file for I-140. Can I proceed with Company C or is there any risk on moving to Company C with a new role ?
