    AC21 and Moving to a Same/Similar Job

    Hello, Company A filed for my I-485 AOS in November 2020. EAD/AP we’re approved in October 2021. Due to remote working policies, I was able to take a second same/similar job in Company B in October 2021. Since Oct 2021, I am working for both the companies. Same role and responsibilities. Filed for AC21 I-485j from Company B in April 2022. Within 5 days of sending the I-485j AC21, Green Card approved. No receipt for I-485j received from USCIS. Questions: 1) What will happen to I-485j AC21 after I-485 approval? 2) Can I leave Company B and continue working for Company A as the Green Card is probably approved via Company A?   2. Hello, I have questions regarding pending I-485 application. My current employer has my H1B I-797 approved until March 2022. My previous employer applied for my EB2-EB3 downgrade. I have I-140 approved and EAD just got approved. I-485 is pending. 1) Can I join previous employer once the I-485 is approved? or do I need to join them with EAD approved? 2) My project at current employer is in a critical phase so I cannot leave them until December. I saw some posts suggesting that I can work with both employers under EAD. is that correct? 3) Company A pays more than Company B because the latter position is full-time in-house whereas the former is at a client location. Will it have any issue with I-485 adjudication? Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
