Hello Everyone, I am in my 7th year of my H1B with I-140 approved over a year from my current company A. I got an offer from company B and they require my I-140 approval copy to transfer my H1B. My current company declined to provide approved copy. I had raised FOIA and after several days I got a response that there are no records with my information. Also they mentioned that my case was transferred to NVC and they don't have access after it is transferred. I had uploaded the following documents. 1. I-140 Receipt Number 2. I-140 online Case status - Approved screenshot 3. Passport - No Notary 4. I94 online details. Did I miss something here. Has anyone faced similar situations and / or contacted NVC for approved I140, kindly share your inputs / experience. Are there are any other ways to raise , pay fees and get the document officially, I would appreciate that as well.
