Hello, The applicant is a H1 holder, and had recently got his GC. If the applicant want to maintain the GC and do not have the intent to get a citizenship; will the restriction of living in US for more than 6 months apply? or are there any exemptions where the applicant can just visit for a month or 2 every year and still can hold the GC intact? Please advise.
