Hello, I would like to know what would be the best case scenario in my situation. My spouse is getting transferred to a US office on L1 visa, I will apply for L2 visa and EAD, and in 1 year we will apply for a green card. I currently work in a EU office of an American company. The company is keen on keeping me as a remote worker and so am I. What is the best way for me to transition to the remote job, keeping continuity in employment if possible? Thanks
