Hi, I am currently on H1B with an employer on full time and my max out is valid until April 2023 and my employer has not yet start my green card processing. With the current situation how much time line would it take to get my I140 approved if I get filed with my current employer. Also, I would like to know the processing time if my case is filed under - "Family-Based Green Card" as my own sister is a US citizen. Regards Anil
