  1. I need to travel abroad in early May and will return back in early July this year. I completed my interview on Feb 3rd and waiting for the oath ceremony letter. I am planning to postpone my oath ceremony to July, stating the reason for my travel. Reason to postpone - India is not granting the visiting visa for any foreign citizens due to pandemic, and also since there is not enough time to apply for USA passport, denounce Indian passport, and apply for India visa. I am traveling to attend my fathers one year death anniversary. The question I have is will USCIS allow to postpone the Oath ceremony for 4 to 5 months? Is there a limit that the oath needs to be taken with in certain number of days after the interview by USCIS rules? Appreciate your help.
