Hello, I had to travel to India after I applied for AOS for an emergency last year Nov and transferred to India Payroll. Came back last month and transferred by payroll back to India and got my Biometrics done and got my EAD / AP card as well. Question : Do I need to file I-485J again as my US joining date got changed or leave it as is as the Employer is same? Thanks
