My dependent i-485 application is rejected on 1/12/2021 saying that one or more of the following fields(s) were not completed -Application Type And a valid G-28 was not received with your case. Now my question is this…now the filing dates were retroactive now I am not eligible to file I-485. Now can I correct the mistake and resubmit my rejected application? Does anybody had this similar problem? Can you please let me know?
