Hi Team, Greetings. I was in L1B and recently moved to H1B (starting 1-Oct-2020). I had already filed I539 (Change of Status) for my wife and son (aged 12). My son's passport is about to expire on 21-Jan-2020 and I have already submitted the application and passport for renewal through VFS. I just realized that my son's I94 is valid only till 21-Jan-2020 - given the current situation (H4 is not approved yet, and passport also is not renewed yet - I am hoping that it will get renewed by 21-Jan-2020), is it legal for my son to continue staying here in US after 21-Jan-2020. Requesting your help and advice on how to handle this situation, appreciate your help and support.
