  1. During L1B extension process if one is serving 240-days period post I-94 expiry, and the extension is denied (as per USCIS website notice): Q1. Its mentioned that "one should depart the United States immediately". Does it mean to depart same day or one can stay till the notice is received via mail or few more days? Q2. Does it make presence unlawful, the day denial is received on USCIS website? Q3. Will this adversely impact 'in future' if one is trying for L1A/L1B Visa or Green Card ?
